Tickle Me Elmo

Ben loves to hold and hug stuffed animals.  He also loves Elmo. So when he found Julia's old Tickle Me Elmo I just had to put new batteries in it to let him see Elmo talk and giggle.  Let's just say he loved it! So did Jack.  They are two of the cutest boys.

Y or U

Is it the U of U or BYU?

Does it matter? I am a student at the U of U and have always been a fan of BYU.  So, if they are not playing each other then let them win. If they are playing each other, GO BYU!!!

New camera

We bought a new camera. Well, it is an older camera but new to us.  My brother Chad bought an increadible camera and sold us his old one.  It is an awesome camera, I don't know why he needed a new one. Bonus for us!!!! Just so you can see the difference between the tow cameras here are two pictures both taken at the Classic Fun Center.  I love my new camera!!!!

Happy 4th Birthday!!!

Yeah, Jack is 4 years old.  He had a fabulous day.  Emily won a skating party at the Classic Fun Center and gave it to Jack for his birthday.  Thanks Emily and Chad.  Unfortunately they weren't able to come.  I went to the classic center when I was younger but it wasn't nearly as fun as it is now.  We fixed up old scooters and took them for the kids to ride.  So we were able to skate, scoot, play on bounce houses, play arcade games, and eat cupcakes and icecream.  Everyone had a blast but Jack had the most fun.  In the pictures were it looks like Jack had wet hair, well he did, it was just wet from sweat.  He had tons of fun.
The next night we went to Moby's parents for cake and presents.  Diane made a cute number 4 cake.
Sorry, picture overload.

Jack-o-lanterns

Now that we have picked our pumpkins from the patch we get to carve them.  The kids don't really like pulling out the guts so I got stuck doing it this year.  We each get to design our own then Moby will cut them out.  The kids absolutely love it.  Ben has just started smiling for the camera.  Isn't he just so handsome?!!!!

Fun in a Box

It is a good that this box didn't contain a present for them because they just wanted the box.

The Park

We got one last day at the park in before it got really cold.  Benjamin likes to try to do what the other two do.  They wanted to all go down the slide at the same time.  It was so adorable. They love to play outside and since we really don't have a yard to play in the park is the place.

The Pumpkin Patch

We have a tradition of going to a pumpkin patch to pick our pumpkins.  It is always fun.  The kids love looking at all of the different shapes and sizes of pumpkins.  We pick pumpkins according to our size.  Daddy gets the biggest and Ben gets the smallest.  Tradition!

Circus

I won tickets for all of us to go to the circus.  It was fabulous.  It is amazing how talented the performers are.  The kids absolutely loved it.  Jack's favorite part was the motorcycles, Julia loved the Egyptian performers, Ben loved the licorice, and we all loved the baby elephant.  What a fun night!  I love spending time with my family.

Ben is One!!!

Septmeber 3 was Benjamin's first birthday.  We went to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate.  All of the kids had a blast.  Ben loved to wander around and ride a couple of the rides.  Julia and Jack love to play the games.  Ben wasn't scared of the show.  He just sat on the floor in front of the stage and stared up at it. He is such a big and adorable boy.  We sure do love him.

Primary Program

Last Sunday we had our primary program.  Julia and Jack had been working on their parts for a while and they both had their parts memorized.  This year for the program the kids also had a scripture that they had to memorize.  Luckily Jack's was the first Article of Faith, We believe in God, the Eternal Father, and in his Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost.   They kids had learned it about one month before for a FHE. Julia's was part of the six Article of Faith, We believe in the same organization that existed in the Primitive Church.  I teach in the primary so I wasn't able to watch the kids during the program.  Apparently Jack has a hard time sitting still.  During songs the three-year-olds were able to stand at the front of the stand.  He wouldn't sing he just kept winking, waving and pulling faces at the family. At one point, (I was told this I didn't see it happen) Jack walked off the stand to sit with my parents.  They sent him back up right away and he sort of stormed up pouting.  Julia did a beautiful job singing.  Both of the kids got new outfits for the program.   Ben did not want to be held for the picture.

It's been awhile

So I finally fixed my computer and now I can upload pictures from my camera. I have a few months to catch up on. I will start with the Youth parade our stake participated  in for the 24th of July. Julia, Jack and I walked the parade route on July 17. It was a short walk but we had to be there 2 1/2 hours before the parade started.  It was hot! After standing and waiting for almost 3 hours Jack did not want to walk, so I carried him most of the way down the route. It was fun for the kids but if I ever do it again I won't get there until just before the parade starts.
Our theme was "Pioneer Spirit Then and Now, United in Song" The float had different wooden dolls that each ward made. Our ward's doll was blond and her name was Michelle Marie Wandamere. We all helped make the paper flowers that were on the float. Our ward's primary is small, even smaller when a few families weren't there.
